Machine Rebuild

Dom-Ex’s fully equipped truck shop is capable of rebuilding the largest mining equipment, offering our customers customized repairs or bare frame-up restorations. We can completely rebuild any piece of heavy equipment to “like new” condition. Rebuilding of all equipment and parts is performed according to original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) specifications.

Examples of recent work include the refurbishment of four Unit Rig haul trucks that went to work in an Alaskan gold mine and supplying a gold mine in New Guinea with $11m worth of equipment including an O & K RH200 shovel, five Caterpillar 777D trucks and three Caterpillar 785B trucks. Dom-Ex can perform specially tailored projects such as rebuilding a 150 ton trailer to client specifications. We can fully recondition attachments such as cabs, boom arms, sticks, side frames for dozers, crawler frames for shovels or dump bodies.
